Important – visa application

The DPCN 2016 team would be pleased to provide invitation letters to registered participants to assist in their visa applications for travel to Poland. Invitation letters will not be issued to accompany persons. Application for a visa must be made by the person to whom the letter is addressed, and directed to the appropriate Polish Embassy/Consulate. In order to prepare the visa invitation letter, we need the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Passport Number
  • Home address
  • Polish Embassy/Consulate Address (the place that you will ask for visa)

The person willing to receive invitation letter should be already registered to the workshop (see http://engine.pwr.edu.pl/dpcn2016/registration/) and the information we ask for should be sent to the following address: radoslaw.michalski@pwr.edu.pl. If you wish to encrypt data by using GPG to not to send it as plain text, please use the following GPG public key.
